1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to হাঁচতি (Hasoti). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rhiturong Multimedia Private Limited, operating the platform https://www.hasoti.com.

2. Promotions & Hasoti Rewards

  • Buy 2 Get 1 Free (B2G1): Applicable only on select SKUs. If eligible, the lowest-priced item among the B2G1 items in your cart will be automatically provided for free (₹0).
  • Bundle Discounts: Mix & match our regular collection (excluding custom items and B2G1 items) to automatically unlock tiered cash discounts (e.g., ₹99 OFF on 2 items, ₹249 OFF on 3 items).
  • Hasoti Coins: 1 Coin equates to ₹1. Coins are non-transferable, cannot be encashed outside the platform, and can only be used for checkout discounts. We reserve the right to modify or revoke coin balances in cases of referral abuse or fraudulent reviews.

3. Custom Studio Orders

Orders placed via the Custom Studio are uniquely printed based on user-submitted designs. Therefore, custom orders are strictly Prepaid only and cannot be cancelled or modified once the order is confirmed.

By uploading a design, you warrant that you hold the copyright or permission to print the artwork. Hasoti holds no liability for copyright infringement claims arising from user-uploaded content.

4. Payment Terms & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Prepaid Payments: Fully processed via Razorpay encrypted payment gateway using UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or NetBanking.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders up to ₹999, COD is offered with a standard ₹100 COD service charge. Customers must pay an upfront online Part-Payment of ₹99 to confirm verified dispatch.
  • High-Value Cap: Orders exceeding ₹999 are strictly fulfilled via Prepaid payment methods to eliminate logistics fraud.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guwahati, Assam.
