Part A: Dispatch & Shipping Timelines
1. Order Processing
Every Hasoti order is verified and dispatched directly from our dedicated warehouse in Guwahati, Assam within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and regional holidays).
Note: Custom Studio orders require dedicated printing and curing time, and may take an additional 24-48 hours for dispatch.

3. Real-time Live Tracking
Once dispatched, customers receive automated tracking updates via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email. You can track live parcel milestones at any time in your VIP Account Dashboard without needing external courier links.
Part B: 7-Day Easy Return & Size Exchange
1. Eligibility Conditions
We take pride in our 180 GSM bio-washed cotton quality. If there is a size fitting issue or you received a defective item, you may request a Return or Size Exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Apparel must remain unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Original packaging must be preserved for courier pickup inspection.
- Custom Studio T-Shirts are NON-RETURNABLE and cannot be exchanged for size issues, as they are printed exclusively for you. Returns for custom items are only accepted if the product is physically damaged or misprinted upon arrival.
2. How to Request Return / Exchange
Simply navigate to your Account ➔ My Orders page on Hasoti. Click on the "Track Live Status" or contact us directly via WhatsApp. Our logistics partner will schedule a reverse pickup.
3. Refund Timeline
Refunds are initiated immediately upon product arrival and quality inspection at our warehouse. Funds will reflect in your original payment mode (or via direct UPI for COD orders) within 5-7 business days. Hasoti Coins used during purchase are non-refundable.
